Apple has a process that says, hey, if you wanna use one of these APIs and one of our existing valid reasons doesn't cover your thing, you can ask us. Both of my apps write to shared user defaults. They do have their own separate user defaults but they both write to shareduser defaults. I'm not sending any information off devices just for these two apps to share stuff. My apps already know everything about each other in local memory the need to make the decision instantly. So this is what I wrote for this thing. And it does directly benefit the user. Because I'm not like, it's not tracking people. I'm using this to implement my features.
