Russian Military Actions Could Halt in a Moment

Kremlin spokesman says military actions could halt in a moment, provided ukrane agree to a number of things. These include changing constitutions so that they would always be neutral and not join nato. Also acknowledged loss of crimea and recognized the donesk and luhansk republics. But there wasn't any suggestion of what the kremlin actually wanted. Did it want regime change? Does it want an occupation? Direct rule of ukraine? Recognition of these separatist republics in the east of the country? And that may be a step in the right direction.
