The Rise of TikTok

The Chinese government is trying to ban TikTok, a social-networking app that has been hugely popular in the U.S. Scott Walker says it's not surprising they're doing this because of China's human rights abuses and surveillance state. He asks: Do liberals have the guts to take the case of somebody who's kind of lagging behind if it's a male? The question is, should they pay for the sins of their father and their grandfather? A 19-year-old without a college degree doesn't have same prospects with some boys as likely to be biased against him or her on Tinder.
