The Rise, Fall, and Rise and Fall Again of the Bee Gees

In 1978, the Bee Gees held down four out of the top five songs on the Hot 100. Their inspiration was an American sibling band, the Harmonizing Everly Brothers. The three eldest Gibb brothers were born on the Isle of Man and formed their vocal group there. They lived in Queensland from 1958 to 1966; they scored their first ever hit single with Spicks and Specs.
