Altman testified recently before Congress and presented a generally optimistic take about the potential of artificial intelligence. But he was also frank about the possible risks: "If this technology goes wrong, it can go quite wrong" Chat GPT talks to Anu Bradford, an expert on tech regulation who co- coined the phrase 'Brussels Effect' She thinks something similar could happen with AI.
