Small Bow Crones Disease

Alcerations of the small bow, seen on capsul andoscope, and inflammation and wall thickening of the gejunum and proximo alium suggest small bow crones disease. Other causes of small bow ulcers are cito mecalo virus or herpe simplex virus which can cause ulcer in an iminalco ise patient. I don't think this patient have any evidence of no compromised patient. So my diagnosis, with all the information and findings, i would put it at small ba crons disease.
