The average time spent on formal content like Sculman courses was 46 minutes but with nuggets it was only 17 minutes so that specificity that fact that it solves a particular problem really helped. People apply it in the flow of work which is obviously hugely important because it's when we can influence performanceYeah, i would say just take it as a as a little advice uh more better to push content out that is actually going to be relevant than as Gary you said wait six months until it's actually perfect and looks nice etc.
