i think part of it is actually economic. In a generation ago, two g certainly two generations ago, the organization would shield a lot of the risk from the individual. Now there's been a huge shift in risk to individuals and they have no security. And so then the bargain isn't loyalty for security,. It is, you knowa talent for opportunity. And it's a very different kind of bargain. But i wouldn't discount how much people actually like to be an an em part of a team. The other thing is, like, there're some people hom you don't want to hire when you have a team race environment.
