"We just started with a very smol project idea wher. We thought that oca lets to a project which at its gore was actually just the concept of combining ingredients to unlock a dish," he says. "Soo, we do get scared, there's no doubt about it. But we are builders at heart, so we just hope that our comunity, or, you know, the team, can just hang it there with the patience to see this through."
