What Do You Think About the Nandas?
The nandas seem to have been a powerful and prosperous polity, but they did not survive. The cities of magada, especially parteligama, had grown significantly over decades of expansion. There are some more cruws about the nandas in other literature, such as the puranas composed by assorted brahmin group centuries later. Sadly, no records actually left by another ruler have survived to this day. So looking at what made the persian empire tik, what can be guess about the nanda kings? Firstly, they gave zero ships about the old ways of doing things. And thirdly, they were immensely militarily successful.
