The Kindness of God's Voice

I started following Jesus about 15 years ago and I'm sitting in church services just skeptical about everything they're saying. So I find this reading plan where you can read through the Bible cover to cover in 90 days. And so I start reading the Bible and just get wildly confronted again with who God actually is versus who I think he is. It's like you walk into a 3 hour movie and you just watch a 2 minute clip in the middle of it and you go I don't understand this. You need to be able to get the meta arc of who God is in Scripture.
