There is a resistance movement or a dissenting movement of Skrulls who are mad that Fury hasn't done anything for them. He's got to stop them because this is yet again another Marvel story where the villains are a bunch of refugees looking for a home after their planet has been torn apart. But they also just do big murders for no race and so they're the bad guys. And what does that say? Nothing, essentially. There's no political statement. No, no really. I mean, a very real ghost. Which is kind of a wild take to kind of..."And there's not a really political statement or really anything that happens to me."
