The Future of Development in Africa

Mike Constantine is a PhD candidate and he made the pilgrimage up to Berlin to see you. I work on a research project in life so concerned with tertiary unemployment amongst African graduates. There's been sort of one game in town when it comes to development in this continent, says Constantine. "I feel like there's a critical lack of thought and theory and discussion about how the demographic base of human growth in the 21st century is going to be employed," adds Constantine.
