How to Create a Story Map for Your Product
The basic concept is that you have the customer journey aligned along the top and along the vertical dimension, you slice things in other ways. A common way to slice it is around the value to the customer sort of thing. The layer underneath that would be how do we make that experience better and flesh it out more. Every time you deliver a slice, you'll be making that experience better.
