How to Be a Successful Property Manager
In terms of like the day to day feeling though, temperament, the people you're recruiting into the business, obviously there's a whole bag of cliches around the temperament of being a real estate agent. I would say that they're actually pretty different. For me, for me, I've set it up on both sides that we really come from a place of care and that we don't look at people as transactions. So those are the kind of agents I'm attracting.
