How GTD Can Foster a Positive, Forward-Looking Culture
When I implemented GTD for my team, things got quiet in a way. People were then able to trust their judgments about whether they needed to interrupt Todd right now or can this wait until our meeting next week. And because people knew that that meeting was coming up and that anything that they had on their minds would be discussed at that point meant that people were interruptsing me as a manager less frequently. It's interesting as you've been talking about it. That was very much my experience of when I was at the large financial institution years and years ago.
