Reflection in the Classroom
The students run the conference themselves and they have to talk me and their family through their grades. And it generates a very reflective and metacognitive conversation. The last part of the reflection is always what would you like me to know so that I can improve their learning experience in the next unit? Everything, this is all a working document. This is not set in stone. If there's a certain type of activity that they really don't like, or even smaller things like,. maybe a link wasn't working or I had difficulty accessing this task helps me make it better for them.
