Do You Have Any Sufferers Going From Basic Training Into Implementation?

I wasn't really sure how to use it. I knew that the basics, and i had the manual,. but then it was a bit of a dear and headlight situation. And for a while there was a little bit of a lack of trust. But like the book ays, it will help you with your problems. It's very similar to when you have your first councing job outside of school or an internship. You take all these things from text books and with peers and class...and now they're in front of you as someone who is depending on you to help them work through those issues. That experience can be quite humbling at times.
