Is OpenCarry Legal in Florida?
In Florida, OpenCarry is actually illegal in Florida. There's only one exception if you're hunting a fishing or traveling to and from a place where you're hunting and fishing. A Supreme Court case in 1941 reveals why this statute was passed in 1893 that banned OpenCarry. This is the same reason why conservatives have objections really to government control over anything.
