The VASPER Plus the ARX

The VASPER and the ARX, it's gold standard. The way that I like to use it is a warm up in hypoxia, meaning there's a little switch on the live O2 that allows you to decrease the amount of available oxygen delivered through a mask. And then for the high intensity exercise intervals, I'll flip to full oxygen like hyperoxia,. flood the muscles with oxygen and then flip back to having to recover in Hypoxia. There's this big surge of oxygen to neural tissue as well, kind of like the BDNF and the vascular endothelial growth factor that gets into the brain post exercise.
