CNN's John Sutter asks why time seems to go faster as we get older. One reason is that our perception of how fast time is moving is shaped by how many memories we are forming in a given unit of time. He says 45-year-olds can consciously make memories by pushing themselves out of their comfort zones and taking more risks.
