Texas Is the Barbecue of States?

Callum Clark travels to dallas, the third largest metro area in the united states. He meets art director augustine artiaga who was originally from mexico. The city is becoming more walkable and has built a fabulous arts district. Dallas isn't on the coast, and it's not on any navigable river,. so it hosn't have a lot of reason to exist historically. It exists where it does because of modern transportation.
