i like to see the newer guys like who are doing really good now like Mikey Musmetshe he's fighting in one and Bushesha. These guys are just like so good on the ground and then fucking no matter who comes at them they're just like yeah now fucks up you're a ground your ground game is shite. I think that anyone that has a legitimate injury should really air on the side of caution because longevity is the most important thing if you want to keep training for the rest of your life. i mean anything you do repetitively repetitively at a high level which is like football soccer or baseball needless to say soccer is way hard than baseball.
