The Beatitudes and Woes

In the Old Testament, we know from the law of Moses, like in Deuteronomy, you have blessings and curses. And at the beginning of Jesus' ministry, he begins in Matthew 5 with a list of blessings. Now at the end of his ministry, he's now giving us the warnings of the curses that happen if we're disobedient. Those curses are woes because it's, it's woe to us if we do it, right?
