The newer ones tend to be more potent against alc they've got better mutation coverage and better CNS penetration but what's also important to appreciate is that they do have different toxicity profiles, he says. Neil: When we're prescribing these drugs we need to be aware of these toxicity profiles and importantly how to to manage them so i think it is worth digging a little bit deeper into what these side effects are and how to to managed them.
