How did the automobile come so entrenched, when there are things like traffic jams and commuting to work? How did we develop this collective delusion that having a car is actually the pinnacle of transportation? That was going to be onther question, right? He says that when the automobile kind of emerges, there's not only the need for a physical reconstruction of the street,. You need to change the way that the city is designed in order to spread it out further.
