Is Your Product Just Not Where It Needs to Be?
I think i hesitate to want to talk to customers a lot. I's like trying to get even better at ik taking in all the full spectrum of feedback, negative and positive. And also recognizing that if i get a sleugh of negative feedback or something, then i can sometimes start to feel like, well, the product is just inherently flawed. So, yes, this resinates a lot.
