It's a really emotional thing getting your shit rejected. You sink thousands of hours into these books and you get no reward for it. And I think the problem, the first six books is I didn't have my voice. It just fits with that story. Finding to fit during that time period is something that was good for me. But it was like, yeah, if you're not on a fan, I wanna gloss over.
