The anxiety thing is interesting because I didn't really think about that. If it was an important email for me to send if I was dedicating any amount of time to send it, right? So clearly, there's a level of importance. But I guess anxiety is making situations that haven't happened yet and treating them as if they've happened already. And in my neurology, I have lived through those experiences, right? My body has been tired from living in those realities,.
