HPV Vaccination for Those Who Already Have Dysplasia
The optimal timing of adjuvant HPV vaccine remains unknown. Large randomized control trials that will inform future practice recommendations are currently ongoing. If you're doing surgical management of CIN 2 or more and they have not been vaccinated in this shared decision making cohort those over the age of 26, talk to them about getting the vaccine.
