The Masking Effect of Aerosols on Warming

Some particles like CO2 methane trap the radiating heat, right? The sun will shine through them, but then the ground warms and radiates away infrared. But other particles reflect the sun as it's coming in. And that has a cooling effect. So there's actually more of a greenhouse effect than we're feeling because it's partly masked by these reflecting particles.
