Ogden sounds really exciting I have the date here it's 1824 so this is your famous Chief Justice Marshall who declared it is the role of the court to say what the law is and you had one guy I think it was Gibbons no it was Ogden whose first name is A.A. Ron every time I see it he looks like Aaron Ogden. That was one of the first times that the court stepped up and said yeah sorry but the federal government's going to regulate this.
