Wagner's Presence in the Central African Republic Is a Side Show
The Ukrainians don't think at all that Wagner is in Belarus. There's plenty of evidence that he's not only been to Moscow, but he's been all over St. Petersburg. The Ukrainians believe they're being given an option to either stay in Ukraine and fight under the MOD leadership... or leave and continue working for Wagner elsewhere in Africa and Syria.
