Doing a Push on Monday

This is a kind of little secret split that i haver. You know, people want to do full body, but also kind of want the benefits of secretsing. So you could do push on monday, but again, these are still full body, right? Then then we've done the sequencing. Then all we really need to do is, let's say, a chest supported or an inverted row that doesn't require a tonn of warming up. And then something for legs that doesn’t require a tonnel warming up. Might be just a walking lunge, lets say, for example. R right.
