The Importance of Community in Game Development
I think nowadays with Twitch and YouTube, the community is a lot more aware of how game development works. I've always been against the idea of traditional game development where you basically hide in a cave for three years. And every update pushed, people will see it because there's an updated life ticker. But what we did always was write texts and then do this and then change that. We were like co-developing one feature on my brother’s computer so he could make some dummies to help me out. He makes that programming background for us already but now everyone knows they are live too. It takes 25 hours to make just one weapon before it gets into the game.
