The aneogram is gold, gold. And it's really the great equalizer to help us know that we all have the way suzanne calls it, habitual pattern ways of thinking. Ah, sh's literally describing the universal addiction that that goes out into, sometimes substance abuse. Sometimes it goes out into alcoholism. Sometimes it go out into gambling, sec and then sometimes it goes out to my my addiction to needing you to think of me a certain way. So i'm seeking understanding that we need to be balanced in thinking, feeling and doing.
