"I always felt like, you know, I would look at the senior teachers and what they were doing especially in, oh, I need to be like that. Need to be like him or even to the degree I start imitating him," he said. "And it was a subconscious thing, but I realized I started taking on parts of that and eventually it just became a part of me." He added: "It can be beneficial to kind of put on that coat, if you will, but not try and get a facelift"
