Jason Jones: Can you sit in a room with someone where there is high empathy and it's a safe environment when the person across when you don't like the person across the table? "I think you can, while difficult, do it. I think that no matter who you are, you will fail doing it more times than you don't in some cases," he says. 'You have to be able to sit across from somebody even if you don’t like them to use a phrase' The only time this has ever worked for him was when people were intentionally trying to sabotage his career or reputation but also had a bad home life.
