Sub Atomic Particles - Dropping in and Out of Shadesmar

The current scientific understanding of sub atomic particles, including electrons corks, is that they are constantly popping in and out of existence. In the cosmic world, or at least on rachar, we have these lucksprin that are popping in andout of the physical and cognitive realm at will. I believe this is significant because it's, in my interpretation, brandon's way of transmitting a tiny bit of our universa scientific understanding that has to do with how sub atomic particles work.
