How to Sell Your Tech Business Today
If you're somebody with a tech business that didn't raise venture capital, that's at 30 million a revenue and five of EBITDA. I would say, yeah, you probably roll $5 million. Because hey, maybe I can make 10 or 15 on that $5. You find the founder? Yeah. Probably. And yeah, but I wouldn't roll 1%. But I certainly wouldn't roll 50%. That's crazy.
