Is There a Distractibility?

If there was one word that really summed up the time we're living in, I think it's distractibility. In our tradition we call it rafla heedlessness, right? And in the Catholic tradition, they called it cedia, which is sloth. It's very interesting because it was known as Nune de devil and monks would look out of their cell window to see if anybody was passing by. So setting aside time every day is really important. Even if it's 10 minutes, just that time to read some Quran, to do some dikr, and also some time to study.
