How to Maintain What's Best About Your Company When You Have Such Rapid Growth
As your company grows, especially when we're talking about such rapid growth, you need to hire more people. And so that's one side of growth and definitely one way to help your company grow, that you grow the people that you already have within your organization. So in my mind, it's really easy to dilute what's really best about your company. That's for me where culture alignment starts is core values and the belief in the vivid vision. If you compromise culture, that's when you look around.
