Why Property Taxes Make More Sinn, Right?
Property taxes create a virtuous cycle between kind of local service delivery and the underlying value of the asset. The key challenge to day for local government is that they have zero or very little revenue raising capacity, says Aain Olimn sing. If you're able to strengthen kind of property taxation, that gives you a virtuous cycle of also strengthening federalism,. he adds.
