How I Pitched for Google's Mary 120 Incubator
I joined Google back in 2014 and spent a bit of time working on our emerging markets team. I kind of discovered that a much more of a smaller team early stage of the product style person would be better for me. The way the incubator is set up is teams are given full autonomy to build a new business just like a startup. But you are on Google's payroll and can leverage Google's resources when it's helpful for you.
