Lung is a critical infection sight, and we don't have much visibility into it right? We take nasal swabs. Nobody's swabbing their lungs. And so we wanted to model the virous dynamics in that space. The more virus you inhale, the larger your peak virol load a few days later. That means more tissue damage, a more need for immune response which can further damage your tissue.
