The Loss of the Somar Plant in India

Somaras was a stimulant. It's something that warriors would drink consumed before they went into battle. Efedra is a plant that grows in the northern parts of India, in Jammu, Kashmir, in Himachal Pradesh, etc., and also in Central Asia. But there is no evidence that E fedra is the Somar plant. So we don't quite know. We need to be taught those bad things so that we can confront reality. Because right now what we have is that we are not taught certain things.
