Thucydides introduces dioditus by saying he was the most violent man in athens. He says only people who get to persuade the people are those who dissemble their true motives. But i think his true motives are, in fact, moral ones and he sneaks in some morality. I think he's cunningly bringingin moral arguments. Gagre with othesye, i would absolutely agree with.
