The Importance of Local Knowledge in User Research

Having the local connection has a lot to do with how good quality you get out of your user research. I would assume that it is an advantage being local. Language is extremely important. It's culture and language, of course. Germany, we had someone actually live translating the interview, one of the responses. So we had that in our headphones, which was really cool.
