How Can I Speak Japanese Correctly?

When i came to japan, the realityis i had this certain level of japanese. They asked me, all you need to have like a g l p t, which is language test. But that doesn't mean you are able to use it. And they're also not very like when they speak. They're just canot of cose at the window. My writing was terrible. Iwas tad hurt after like five pliss years of studying that language well. Where i live, lotte, people don't even speak english, or they speak like a couple word. So when they see you speak japanese, it's actually easier to make friends with them.
