The Importance of EPA in Human Health
EPA is an imposter of arachidonic acid, there's not a very good way to keep it out of the cell membrane. The data on human Pufa substitution trials would be much more clearly unanimously straight forwardly making vegetable oils look very bad. I'm just saying if rats get by fine with zero EPA in their tissues and they convert all the omega-3 and plant oils are given into DHA, I don't really see why humans need to have EPA in their system.
